Hello, thanks for visiting my Word Press blog, my name is Robert Armacost, owner/operator of Armacost Home Inspections. I came about getting into home inspections after doing concrete construction for 15 yrs as a foreman, with a certification in OSHA 40 hr course and safety being a big concern for me I decided that home inspections would allow me to help more people become aware of a home’s safety concerns before purchasing, allowing the buyer to address these issues before or at closing.

Your safety and the safety of your family is always first and foremost the most important issue that I look for and report on.

What I have to offer for clients is a thorough, detailed report and backed by experience and ongoing education that is well above the standard requirements set by the Texas Real Estate Commission. With next day service I work late into the night to get you your report, which are e-mailed for a faster service while at the same time providing a go green service.
